These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoBizly website and your purchase or use of GoBizly services.

By requesting, purchasing or using GoBizly services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. About GoBizly

GoBizly provides digital solutions for new and growing businesses, including website setup and development, Google Business Profile services, social media services, WhatsApp Business setup, branding, content creation, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management and related digital services.

The exact services included in a customer's package are determined by the quotation, package description or written agreement provided to the customer.

2. Service Packages

GoBizly may offer different service packages, including:

Digital Launch — ₹14,999

A one-time digital setup package designed to help a business establish its basic online presence.

Digital Presence — ₹34,999/year

An annual digital-presence package that may include a professional website, hosting for the included period, social media management, Google Business Profile management, website maintenance and related services as specified in the package.

Growth — ₹69,999/year

An annual growth package that may include social media management, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, lead-generation campaigns, conversion tracking, optimization and reporting as specified in the package.

Package inclusions may be changed or updated by GoBizly from time to time. The package applicable to a customer will be the package and inclusions agreed at the time of purchase.

3. Domain Registration

Where a package includes domain registration assistance or a domain allowance:

  • GoBizly will provide a maximum allowance of ₹1,000 toward the first-year domain registration cost, unless a quotation specifically states otherwise.

  • If the selected domain costs more than ₹1,000, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

  • GoBizly does not guarantee availability of any particular domain name or domain extension.

  • A .com domain cannot be guaranteed.

  • If the requested .com domain is unavailable or exceeds the applicable allowance, GoBizly may recommend another suitable available domain extension.

  • Domain registration is subject to availability and the terms of the relevant domain registrar.

  • Domain renewal charges after the included/initial registration period are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • The customer should provide accurate information required for domain registration.

4. Website Hosting

Where hosting is included in a package, the included hosting is limited to the period and scope stated in the relevant package or quotation.

Hosting renewals after the included period are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party hosting providers may have their own usage limits, technical restrictions and terms.

5. Website Scope

Where a package includes website development:

  • The website scope will be limited to the number of pages and features stated in the selected package.

  • The Digital Presence and Growth packages are generally limited to up to 5 website pages, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Minor text, contact-detail, service, pricing, image or banner changes may be included where stated in the package.

  • Website redesigns, additional pages, e-commerce functionality, custom applications, advanced integrations and substantial development work are not included unless specifically agreed.

  • Additional work may be quoted separately.

6. Content and Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, including:

  • Business name

  • Contact details

  • Services and products

  • Pricing

  • Business descriptions

  • Images and videos

  • Offers and promotions

  • Legal or regulatory information applicable to the customer's business

GoBizly may rely on information supplied by the customer when creating websites, profiles, advertisements and other marketing materials.

GoBizly is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading information supplied by the customer.

7. Customer Ownership of Accounts

Where practical, digital assets should be created in the customer's name or under accounts controlled by the customer.

This may include:

  • Domain

  • Website

  • Google Business Profile

  • Google Ads account

  • Meta Business account

  • Facebook Page

  • Instagram account

  • WhatsApp Business

  • Other relevant business accounts

GoBizly may receive access necessary to provide the agreed services.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

8. Social Media Management

Where social media management is included:

  • The number of posts will be limited to the package allowance.

  • Posts may include informational, promotional, seasonal, festival or service-related content.

  • Reels, professional photography, video production, influencer marketing, extensive daily stories and other services are not included unless specifically agreed.

  • Customer approval may be required for certain content, offers, images or business claims.

9. Advertising Services

Where Google Ads or Meta Ads management is included:

  • GoBizly provides campaign setup, management and optimization within the agreed scope.

  • Advertising spend is separate from GoBizly's service fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Advertising budgets are paid by the customer.

  • GoBizly does not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales, conversions, cost per lead, return on advertising spend, revenue or profit.

  • Advertising performance depends on factors including competition, market conditions, customer demand, targeting, creative quality, website performance, budget and platform policies.

  • Advertising platforms may reject, restrict, suspend or modify campaigns or accounts. GoBizly cannot guarantee approval or uninterrupted platform access.

10. Google Business Profile

GoBizly can assist with Google Business Profile setup, optimization and management where included.

However:

  • Google determines eligibility and verification.

  • GoBizly cannot guarantee approval, verification, ranking, reviews or a particular position in Google Search or Maps.

  • Google may suspend, restrict or modify business profiles according to its policies.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information and complying with Google's applicable policies.

11. Third-Party Platforms

GoBizly may use or integrate with third-party services such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, domain registrars, hosting providers, website platforms, payment providers and other software.

GoBizly is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, technical failures, price changes or other actions taken by third-party providers.

12. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable package or quotation, website pages and creative/content work may include up to 2 reasonable rounds of revisions.

Requests beyond the included revision scope or substantial changes to previously approved work may be charged separately.

13. Pricing and Additional Costs

The package price covers only the services specifically included in the selected package.

The following may be charged separately where applicable:

  • Domain costs above the included allowance

  • Domain renewals

  • Premium email services

  • Premium themes or plugins

  • Paid software or third-party subscriptions

  • Premium stock images/media

  • Photography or video production

  • Advertising spend

  • Additional website pages

  • Custom development

  • Additional services outside the agreed package

Any additional work should be communicated to the customer before it is undertaken where reasonably practicable.

14. Payments and Refunds

GoBizly's service prices are based on the scope, resources, time and third-party costs associated with the selected service.

Payments made for GoBizly services are generally non-refundable once work, setup, registration, subscription, service delivery or third-party procurement has commenced.

Customers should review the package, scope and requirements before making payment.

GoBizly does not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to provide required information or materials, delays caused by the customer, unused portions of a package, or inability to use a service due to customer-side circumstances, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any non-waivable consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.

15. Service Delays

GoBizly will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within agreed timelines.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Customer delays in providing information or approvals

  • Third-party platform issues

  • Domain or hosting issues

  • Google or Meta review processes

  • Payment delays

  • Technical problems

  • Events outside GoBizly's reasonable control

GoBizly is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

16. No Guaranteed Results

GoBizly provides digital services but does not guarantee:

  • Google rankings

  • Social media followers

  • Leads

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Advertising ROAS

  • Specific advertising performance

  • Customer reviews

  • Search visibility

  • Website traffic

  • Business growth

Results depend on multiple factors outside GoBizly's control.

17. Customer Materials and Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to GoBizly do not infringe the rights of third parties.

This includes logos, photographs, videos, text, trademarks, music, product information and other materials.

GoBizly may refuse to publish or advertise content that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing or inconsistent with applicable platform policies.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

18. Prohibited or Unlawful Activities

GoBizly may refuse or discontinue services involving unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, abusive or prohibited activities, or activities that violate applicable advertising or platform policies.

19. Website and Service Availability

GoBizly aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that websites, third-party platforms, communication services or digital tools will always be available without interruption.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoBizly will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of third-party platforms, advertising platforms, hosting services, domain services or other services outside GoBizly's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Changes to Services and Terms

GoBizly may update its services, packages, pricing and these Terms from time to time.

The terms applicable to an existing customer will generally be determined by the package, quotation or agreement accepted by that customer, subject to applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and authorities having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or statutory remedies available under applicable law.
